We are lucky to live in Wyoming. The great outdoors is all around us. The concept of outdoor living spaces is to expand the comfort of your home to the outdoors and provide you with more room to entertain, connect with nature, and relax. Add some heat to your outdoor room and you can extend the time you can spend outside. That’s where Alpine Climate Control comes in.

There are many components to consider when designing your outdoor living space. Alpine can help with three of these components – fire, cooking, and heaters – but we have included a more comprehensive list below to help you look at the big picture.

Following this section are links for outdoor living space ideas, as well as the manufacturers we carry, so you can see the product offerings. Come visit our new showroom at 2705 Coffeen Avenue in Sheridan, where we have working examples from each of our manufacturers.

Nothing creates a better center of attention than a fire. It’s great to sit around, roast marshmallows, visit, and stay warm. We can help with this. At Alpine Climate Control, we offer products from three leading American manufacturers that include gas DIY round paver fire pit kits and ready-to-finish fire pit kits by Warming Trends, prebuilt gas fire pits, fire bowls and fire tables by American Fyre Designs and The Outdoor Great Room Company.

We decided to try something unique and fun by offering high-quality outdoor cooking products. Everdure by heston blumenthal grills are something to talk about. They offer a line of charcoal grills starting with the Cube, a portable unit for picnics and camping. The full size Fusion and Hub include electric starters so there is no need for lighter fluid and they have a great rotisserie for creative cooking. The 4K is versatile for low and slow cooking or searing. If you want to try a new cooking experience you need to see these innovative grills!

The idea here is not to heat the outdoors but to keep you warm while sitting outside. This is best done with radiant heaters. Radiant heaters heat like the sun and provide warmth where it is directed. We offer portable radiant heaters by Radtec that run off a propane tank located in the base of the unit. We offer permanently mounted overhead electric radiant heaters by Infratech. They offer many sizes and styles from surface-mounted wall units to flush-mounted ceiling units. Our comfort consultants can assist in designing and quoting a system for your outdoor space.

Create some atmosphere and see what you are doing with additional lighting. Set the mood with hardwired light fixtures or a simple string of outdoor lights.

A patio on the east side of your home will get morning sun and evening shade.  Think about what would make your outdoor space more comfortable.  Maybe shade for the midday sun, a privacy screen or a wind block.  These can be accomplished with landscaping, framed structures, umbrellas, and canopies.

Alpine can help with fire tables, but the sky is the limit when it comes to outdoor furniture, from tree stumps to luxurious comfort.

Think about music to set a mood or watch an outdoor movie with the kids on a big screen TV. Games like darts, corn hole, horseshoes, volleyball and croquet are a fun pass time.
