Description
The Healthy Climate 11 is a MERV 11 filter that filters out dust, pollen and other particles to make your homes air healthier. It removes more than 85% of particles ranging in size down to 3 microns. It is effective against household allergens that can aggravate asthma and respiratory illnesses. It also attacks germs like viruses, bacteria and mold.
The MERV (minimum efficiency reporting value) rating of a filter describes the size of the holes in the filter that allow air to pass through. The higher the MERV rating (categories range from 1–16) the smaller the holes in the filter and the better the filtration.
